My Journey
Growing up, theatre was almost non-existent in my life. My family was very sport focused. It wasn't until I saw my brother in a high school production of Alice and Wonderland, that I began to want to pursue theatre. However, it was still a number of years before I really got to taste the stage. But even then I still balanced theatre, with work, pole vaulting, church, and mission trips to Mexico and East Asia. It wasn't until my senior year of high school that I began to lean into theatre more heavily, and follow it as a career. Even into college though, theatre as a career was a vague option; in fact I started by majoring in Theatre Education. But Jumping to my junior year, I wanted to try designing for a show. Having a curiosity for it, I decided to try Properties Design. And, after designing through college and working professionally, I know where my calling for theatre lies. Fast forward to now, I am dedicated to growing and pushing myself as an artisan and pursuing a career as an ARTIST, LEADER, and TEACHER to others.
About Me
I was born and raised in San Diego California. I'm the youngest of three boys and as a result, most of my childhood copied my brothers. Everything from the sports I played to my first job at Chick-fil-a was a copy of what my brothers did. Even my first exposure to theatre was through my oldest brother. But by the time I reached college, I began forging my own path.

I was the first of my family to go to a college other than Biola University, I decided to attend Grand Canyon University, in Phoenix Arizona. Beginning as a Theatre Education Major, I swiftly began to look into where I actually wanted to hone my skills. After acting and teching a number of shows, I began to design Props for A Year With Frog and Toad, Wings, and Henry V. And after graduating and spending a year as an apprentice with the Phoenix Theatre Company, I have gone on to work several professional jobs from Over hire to Carpenter and to Props Master.
